Policies

Minimum stay is 3 nights
Check-in after 2pm, check-out before 11am
Each villa can comfortably fit 4 persons. There is an extra charge of 20€ for one additional person. Children under 3 years old are free of charge.
No pets allowed
The cancellation fee is 30% of the total value of the reservation
The reservation is valid after an initial payment of 30% has been received
The payment in full can occur uppon arrival either in cash or with a credit card. Accepted credit cards are: Visa, Mastercard
There is a fully refundable damage deposit of 300€ uppon arrival
